We operate closely with major retail partners, including <strong>3C Hub</strong>, to provide seamless point-of-sale credit offerings nationwide.</p><p>To support our expanding network of sales agents deployed across retail outlets, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic <strong>Sales Trainer</strong> to strengthen agent capability, improve conversion rates, and drive consistent product knowledge and performance across all locations.</p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>The <strong>Sales Trainer</strong> will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for Sales Agents and Field Supervisors responsible for selling Flexi’s Mobile Installment product in 3C Hub locations nationwide. This role ensures that all sales personnel possess the right skills, product understanding, sales process knowledge, and customer service competence needed to achieve aggressive acquisition and revenue targets.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>1. Training Program Development</strong></p><ul><li>Design comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning programs tailored to Mobile Installment sales operations.</li><li>Develop structured training manuals, product guides, scripts, objection-handling frames, and performance playbooks.</li><li>Update training content regularly in line with new policies, product updates, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Training Delivery & Facilitation</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct onboarding training for newly recruited Sales Agents before deployment to 3C Hub outlets.</li><li>Deliver ongoing refresher courses—virtual and physical—to improve conversion rates and compliance.</li><li>Train agents on:</li><li>BNPL product features and eligibility criteria</li><li>Sales funnel management and lead qualification</li><li>Customer needs assessment and solution pitching</li><li>POS onboarding processes</li><li>Documentation accuracy and KYC standards</li><li>Fraud detection and responsible lending practices</li></ul><p><strong>3. Performance & Skills Assessment</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct periodic knowledge checks, role-plays, and simulations to evaluate agent competency.</li><li>Track post-training performance metrics (conversions, ticket sizes, compliance rate) and recommend targeted coaching.</li><li>Identify low-performing agents and design remedial programs.</li></ul><p><strong>4. Field Coaching & Support</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct field visits to 3C Hub locations for in-store observation, real-time coaching, and reinforcement.</li><li>Provide hands-on guidance on sales techniques, customer engagement, and upselling.</li><li>Ensure consistent adherence to Flexi MFB’s sales process, documentation requirements, and compliance standards.</li></ul><p><strong>5. Collaboration & Process Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with Sales Managers, Credit, Collections, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and execution quality.</li><li>Identify operational gaps from field feedback and recommend sales process enhancements.</li><li>Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure accurate communication of product updates.</li></ul><p><strong>6.
