Our client, who is in the Mobile Device Industry and has a good Retail footprint across several retail stores, where quality phones and accessories are sold, seeks the services of Mobile Business Executive to drive instore sales.

Position Overview:
As a Mobile Business Executive (MBE), you will play a pivotal role in representing our company within retail stores and promoting our products and services to customers. The primary objective of this role is to drive sales and revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Competency Requirements

1. Ability to sell the products / services of the company to meet sales targets.

2. Ability to Identify market opportunities and expand the company's presence.

3. Ability to keep an accurate record of sales of activities and submit it to your channel supervisor on the set agreed dates and times for submission.

4. Serve as the face of our company in retail stores, ensuring a professional and engaging presence.

5. Utilize your excellent sales conversion skills to promote and sell our products and services.

6. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our offerings and their benefits to potential customers.

7. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.

8. Utilize your excellent communication skills to convey our value propositions effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Minimum qualification of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) with a focus on sales experience.
2. Proven experience in sales and customer service is a definite advantage.
3. Proficiency with Android devices and technology.
4. Exceptional sales conversion skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Sales acumen: Ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
