We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Senior Marketing Manager to join the marketing team at Amazon Fresh Singapore. This team is responsible for data-driven and creative marketing solutions to reach relevant customers for Amazon Fresh. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing marketing campaigns to target potential Fresh customers and drive them through the funnel. You will have a strong customer focus and analytical skills.

You will develop marketing strategy and help execute, and deliver on detailed plans, timelines and communicate to leadership on impact. Everyone on the team needs to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and thrive in ambiguity.
The ideal candidate will have e-commerce and marketing experience in FMCG, with strong customer backwards intuition. You will have experience managing paid and free marketing channels, customer lifecycle, budget management and A/B testing. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, and fast-paced business environment, operating across multiple teams and levels in the organization. High judgment, customer obsession, ability to influence and analytical talent are essential to success in this role.

Key job responsibilities
* Developing entire marketing strategy to drive Amazon Fresh business in Singapore .
* Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies across key initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition and retention
* Owning and driving customer acquisition and retention goals. Have a thorough understanding of customer metrics and create action plans to manage continuous improvement initiatives.
* Building a traffic plan across marketing channels, working with an agency to deliver on plans (including email, onsite, paid search, PR, paid social and display advertising)
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project milestones and goals are met, optimizing Marketing programs to exceed expectations
* Creating and driving roadmap for customer experience including usability studies, surveys, onsite promotions and A/B tests.
* Analyzing campaign performance metrics, reporting on data and working on areas for improvement.
* Leading Tier 1 events on Fresh including Prime Day and Black Friday
* Working with product team to develop and improve CX and personalization.
* Working closely with Marketing and Country Leads to create original content to make significant impact on business.

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
