Responsibilities

• Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, including change requests.

• Maintain and update project documentation, dashboards, and reports (e.g., RAID logs, status updates).

• Assist in resource planning, capacity tracking, and budget monitoring.

• Coordinate and support project governance forums (e.g., steering committee meetings), including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.

• Support project and portfolio reporting with accurate, timely data to leadership and stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, tools, and templates.

• Assist in risk and issue management, escalating as needed.

• Help with change control, project initiation, and closure activities.

• Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and efficiency.

• Liaise with other team members within the project to ensure updated status reports are provided.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business Studies or related

• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experiences

Top 3 Must have skills / Primary skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
